It is inscribed and signed again on the half title page by the author. Accompanying the book is is a specially bound original stone lithograph called "Firewatcher" by Howell, which is signed and dated. Both volumes are in a slipcase which is in very good condition having a bit of minor soiling on it. Laid in the book is a typed sheet with a poem by Spencer called "Spirit Song".
