8vo - 23.5 x 18.5 cm.; Unpaginated with 20 pp. Brick red cloth over boards with gilt lettering on the front board. Three full colour illustrations with seven smaller vignette types by Turner which are reproductions from drawings made in 1927 for the original Rous & Mann edition. The carol, with the melody line, is printed in the centrefold and the English interpretation is by J. E. Middleton while the French lyrics are on the following page. Present also is the 7" vinyl record (33-1/3) with A side being the Middleton version of the carol featuring the St, Michael's Choir School with John Arab the soloist and the B side is the French version featuring Stephen Sommerville as the soloist. The original sleeve for the record is not present and has been replaced with a generic white one. The 45-rpm punch-out for the record is present and in place. Reprinted by Abitibi Paper Company in celebration of Canada's Centenary of Confederation. The book shows mild shelf wear to the spine tips and with a previous owner's name on the first page.
