8vo - 20.5 x 13.5 cm.; xix - (3) - 498 pp. Blue paper over boards with black cloth and gilt lettering on the spine. First published in 1962, this is the new edition following upon the anouncement of her canonization which was in 1963. Five page foreword by Terence Cardinal Cooke. Illustrated with 16 pages of black and white photographs. Eight pages of cited sources, 5 page bibliography and a 28 page index. Previous owner's name blacked out on both paste down end papers and stamped (not crossed out) on the title page. The head edges of the boards are faded, otherwise the books shows only very mild wear and is otherwise clean with a sound binding.
