Originally published in Lithuania as "Lietuvos Kataliky Baznycios Kronika, 1972-74". In 1972, a group of Lithuanian Catholics began disseminating a type-written 'chronicle' documenting the daily persecutions occuring in their country at the hands of the Soviet sponsored authorities and the KGB. These journals were smuggled out of the country and this book collects the first nine issues of that journal. Library markings are a crossed out stamp on the front and back free end papers and a pocket an othe back free end paper. Otherwise the book is clean with a tight binding. The dust jacket, with a paper label on the lower spine is chipped and worn on the edges.; Ex-Library
