First published in 1934 in Warsaw, this is the third edtion and published and printed in Jerusalem. Previous owner's name stamped on the title page. This copy was inventory #279 from the UNRRA (United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration) library with this office being run by R. M. Frank, the UN welfare officer assigned to the office. I believe this office was located in Jerusalem and operated before the state of Israel was founded. The cover edges are quite worn while the covers themselves are soiled and scuffed. The text pages are browned. The flat stapled binding is tight.
