Illustrated with 9 pages of black and white photographs. Four appendices and a 14 page general index at the back. The interior is clean and the binding is solid and tight. The cloth on both the front and the back board has some slightly darker green sections or patches as though the cloth had been unevenly dyed in the manufacturing process.
