Four page bibliography, two page index of persons and a 3 page index of notions at the back. The book shows mild to moderate wear to the externals with most of that being scuffs and rubs as it is a heavy cloth. Library markings are a call number in white on the lower spine, stamps on the front free end paper and the half title page with pocket removal remains on the back paste down end paper. Marginalia in both red and blue pen is noted on pages 11 to 57 and pages 155 to 207 with most being marginal lines and checkmarks with some sparse underlining.
