First published in 1954, this is the second printing. Translated from French by Lancelot C. Sheppard. A collection of 19 essays on religious poverty grouped into 3 parts: "History of Religious Poverty", "Basic Principles", and "Modern Problems". Besides those mentioned in the author line, there are essays by Fr. Elisee de la Nativite, J. De Vaux, Dom Pierre Doyere, Georges Toutin. The book shows minimal wear and the library markings are stamps on the front end papers. Otherwise it is very clean and tight.
