8vo - 21.5 x 13.5 cm.; [10] - 244 pp. Mustard yellow paper over boards with black lettering on the spine and the front board. Minby recounts his memories of life in a small prairie village during the period 1928-1930 when he was a boy approaching his teen aged years using a fictional character called Wally Viggo to do so. Signed and inscribed on the title page by the author for William Kurelek as follows: "Inscribed for William Kurelek whose art I greatly appreciate. Lloyd H. Person". The book shows mild shelf wear and that on the bottom fore corners and spine tips. The interior is very clean and the binding is good with a slight spine lean (cocked). The dust jacket is moderately worn on all edges and the fold between the front panel and the jacket flap along with scuffing and light soiling.; Signed by Author
