Deiss considers the Eucharistic Canon looking at such sources as: Prayers from the Passsover Meal, Eucharistic Prayer of the Didache, the witness of St. Justin and the Traditions of Hippolytus, Tha Didascalia of the Apostles, The Euchology of Seraphon of Thimuis, The Anaphora of Addai and Mari, The Strasbourg Papyrus, The Apostolic Constitutions, The Euchology of Der Balyzeh, and Roman Baptismal Inscriptions. 5 page bibliography.
