Kirshenbaum was the Rabbi of the B'nai Moses Ben Yehuda Congregation in London, Ontario at the time of writing. From the dust jacket: "This book is not a dry, scientific or sociological study, but a cry from one whose house is on fire and desparately calls for help . . . It is an appeal to the Jewish community at large and to its leaders to counteract the upsurge of inter-marriage." The interior is very clean and the binding is solid. the boards have some spotting / fading on the lower or tail edges and the spine. The dust jacket shows minor edge wear though the white sections are solied as is the spine.
