Illustrated with 87 black and white plates and 43 charts and figures. The extrnals show mild shelf wear and that mainly on the tail edges of the boards, the text block head edge is a tad faded while the interior is very clean and the binding is quite solid and sound. The clipped dust jacket has a darkened spine and is worn on the edges, more so at the spine head and tail.
