These volumes form an appendix to the annual report of the Minister of Education and were issued as such. Specific to this volume: "This Twenty-eighth volume of . . . . Concludes the series devoted to that subject from the passing of the Constitutional Act of 1791 to the close of the Reverend Doctor Ryerson's Administration, as indicated on the title page" - taken from the preface. This copy shows mild shelf wear to the externals with light soiling on the back board. A clear and removable archival cover has been fitted.
