Edited and translated from "De Remediis Utriusque Fortune" by Conrad H. Rawski. Illustrated with 6 woodcuts by the illustrator of the German translation of the "De Remediis" published in Augsburg in 1532. Included as an appendix are 3 letters of Petrarch's. Pages 89 and ff are notes to this edition. The DJ spine is faded and the edges are showing mild wear.
