Included are not only the pieces mentioned in the title but also one of his introductions, two forewords and three book reviews. Text head is dyed red. Board edges (head and tail) show some fading. DJ (unclipped and in Brodart) is mildly edge worn (no chips though) with some general but slight soiling. A nice tight and clean copy.
