A beginning book in music theory and sight singing for young children. "The Story of Do and Where He Lives" is what page one is about. The book is illustrated and lettered by Deely. Stevens was the Director of the Pius X School of Liturgical Music at the College of the Sacred Heart in NYC. Approbations are present. Some of the little songs are religious in content like Saint Agnes, "Though Agnes was so very young, God's lovely grace on her was poured...." There is light wear on the boards and a single school stamp on the ffep.
