8vo - 23 x 15 cm.; 48 pp. Green wraps with black lettering and decorations in a saddle stapled binding. Browned on the edges and margins with wear - rubbing and fraying. This is the Sept/Oct 1936, Volume1, Number 5 issue of the Culinary Arts periodical. A selection of recipes from the Western and Southwestern US, most of which my wife won't cook for me so I'll have to do them myself - I just won't let her have any. Recipes include breads, fish/seafood, meats, pastries, poultry and game, oh my - the list goes on and on. The Idaho roast lamb is on tap for tonight. Puget sound clam roll for breakfast tomorrow. The only trouble with working is that it gets in the way of meal times.
