Lists the members of the Congress Board, general notes on the mechanics of the gathering, a detailed program of the events plus a map of the area. One half of the booklet is in English, and flipping it over, one obtains the French version. The covers are quite soiled and stained, some page corners are creased. Interesting to note that Henri Gheon's "The Mystery of the Mass" was performed at the Congress.
