One of the "Lives of the Canonized Saints and Servants of God" series from the Oratory of London. Introduction by Fr. De Held, Superior of the Redemptorist Fathers in England. Previous owner's name stamped on both front end papers. The front joint shows some splitting at the spine crown and the spine is cocked. Very minor foxing present and a closed tear in the fore edge margin of page xvii/xviii, neither of which affect the text. Binding is still solid with some minor shaking while the externals show edge wear and bumped corners.
