The corners show very slight wear with the black cloth evenly and lightly faded and the text head edge is dust soiled whilst the spine is sunned. A letter M has been written in ink on the front paste down end paper. A history of St. Aloisius Church, a German parish in Bishop Creek, Illinois. The text, title page, dedication and lists are in German up to p. 32. English continues from there. The program for the Golden Jubilee Celebration is given in both languages on p. 40. A handsome volume with a clear and removable archival cover having been fitted.
