12mo - 18.5 x 12 cm.; 95 pp. First published in 1948, this is the third impression. A humourous and scurrilous look at the 'Teaching Trade' in England, generously illustrated (I assume by the author) , and dedicated "To Wordsworth's Lucy who was a silent child". Board edges are slightly faded and browned at top and bottom. The interior is clean and the binding is solid. The dust jacket shows soiling and edge wear with small chips and closed tears.
