The covers are lightly soiled with mild edgewear, one 1/4" closed tear on front, interior pages browning with age. Preface written by C. E. Rickard, Director of the Educational Bureau. Laid in are two pieces: a fragile piece of paper with "Wireless Continental Telegraph Alphabet"; and "Instantaneous Tape Reader and Code Memorizer" on a sturdier card stock. 5620
