8vo - 22 x 15.5 cm.; 160 - vi - [2] pp. Half bound with black leather on corners and spine with marbled paper on board and gilt lettering on spine that has 4 raised bands. Matching marbled end papers. A customized rebinding of the original soft-wrappered book rebound with covers intact. Moderate and general wear / rubbing to the extremities - corners and edges. Warmly inscribed by the author on 1st preliminary and dated June 18, 1946. The hinges, both front and back, have opened a bit but show no structural weakness. A nice copy with a good presentation . A clear and removable archival cover has been fitted.; Signed by Author 5765

8vo - 21 x 15.5 cm.; 212 pp. Half bound with black cloth on the spine and board corners and marbled tan papers over bevelled boards. Original soft cover wraps bound in. Signed with an inscription and dated by Abbe Tessier on the first preliminary with a dedication to Monsieur W. E. Ledoux. The inscription is dated 29th avril, 1946. Mild wear to the marbeled board papers on the edges and some minor spotting to the cloth on the corners. A quite handsome book. The contents were talks originally given by the Abbe on Radio College of Radio-Canada during 1941-42. Twenty five original pen and ink drawings by Rolland Boulanger are reproduced to illustrate the text.; Signed by Author 22360

Montreal, Quebec Fides Publisher 1944 Half Bound Very Good with no dust jacket 
8vo - 22 x 16 cm.; 243 pp. Half bound with green leather and marbled green papers with same marbled paper used as end papers. Four raised bands on spine as the rebind is done with cords (unusual for a book of this nature). The original soft covers and spine are bound in. Signed by both Abbé Tessier and Hervé Biron on the first blank preliminary with a dedication to "Hubert Boyal (? ) - artisan createur". The inscription is dated June 18th, 1946. Some darkening of the spine gutters at front and back. Moderate wear, rubbing and soiling to the externals especially the marbled paper which is chipped and rubbed. A quite unique copy.; Signed by All Authors 22518
