8vo - 22.5 x 14.5 cm.; xi - 414 pp. Tan cloth over boards with gilt lettering on the spine and the front board. Includes 18 reproduced period autographs, 20 full page black and white illustrations, 1 fold out map 22" x 19" of the Ecclesiastical regions of Canada (diocesan boundaries, Archepiscopal Sees, Episciopal Sees, Missions and Parishes) . Extremities are shelf worn, spine is darkened, the top edge of the text block is gilt with some shine left. The library was a private girl's school, markings are sticker stain on spine, name and stamp on ffep. 5770

Toronto, Ontario. Musson Book Co. 1910 Hardcover Good with no dust jacket 
8vo - 23 x 15 cm.; Volume I: xxiv - 362 pp. Volume II: xi - 414 pp. Burgundy cloth over boards with gilt lettering on spine and front board. Blind stamped border rules on the front and back boards. The text block head edges are gilded. The fore and tail text block edges are untrimmed as issued. Volume I has 17 reproduced period autographs, 21 other illustrations and 3 appendices. Volume II has 18 reproduced period autographs, 20 full page b/w illustrations, 1 fold out map 22" x 19" of the Ecclesiastical regions of Canada (diocesan boundaries, Archepiscopal Sees, Episciopal Sees, Missions and Parishes). Both volumes have mild wear to the fore corners, moderate wear to the spine tips with volume II having a split in the lower half of the back joint and the back board is a tad loose as the end paper hinge is tearing with a similar play in the front board of volume II though not as severe. The binding of volume I is good and quite sound. The library markings are minimal (an RCAF chapel in Gimli, Manitoba) with a label remnant on the top of each spine and stamps on the title pages. 29199
