Bicolour wraps in a saddle stapled binding. This text is in French. These broadcasted talks were delivered in 1943 by Rev. Daniel MacCormack from a text prepared by himself, Coady, MacLellan and MacDonald. This is a reprint of these talks (translated into French) which were an explanation of the Antigonish Movement, a cooperative movement that flourished in Nova Scotia. The titles of the talks: 1 - "Why the Antigonish Movement? Origin and Philosophy", 2 - "Foundations for a Program for the People", 3 - "The Need for Adults Education", 4 - "Economic Co-Operation: What It Is", 5 - "How Co-Operation Works", 6 - "Co-Operation in the Maritimes", 7 - "Building Democracy Through Co-Operation", 8 - "Co-Operation Builds Men", 9 - "The Techniques of Adult Education", 10 - "Working with God". These are the titles as in the Engkish edition, the French edition is an exact translation. Both show only light wear to the covers, former owner's name on the title page of the French edition.
