Helminiak (a one time teaching assistant of Bernard Lonergan while in Boston) presents a systematic Christology reconciling the seeming differences due to methodology, conciliar teachings, etc and does so by using Lonergan's Christological methods and ethical levels of perception. A daunting task but the scholarly material is relegated by and large to the footnotes leaving the text with a greater readability for the average educated layman. The library are from a monastic library and those that are there are internal, minimal and neatly done on the front free end paper. The dust jacket is mildly soiled with edge wear (creases, small chips and closed tears).; Ex-Library 8026
